Bryce serves as the President & CEO of the Seneca County Collaborative. He leads strategic planning, community partnerships, and economic development initiatives to support business growth and regional prosperity.

Judy manages grants and community engagement programs that support both the City of Tiffin and Collaborative-wide initiatives. She helps secure funding, coordinate outreach, and ensure community projects align with public goals and grant compliance.

Adam supports business retention, expansion, and workforce initiatives throughout Seneca County. He works directly with employers, educators, and partners to develop programs and strategies that help grow and retain local talent.

Donna leads Downtown Tiffin’s revitalization efforts through the Main Street program. She works closely with businesses, property owners, and community members to create a vibrant and welcoming downtown for residents and visitors alike.

Marisa leads marketing and tourism efforts across Seneca County. She oversees campaigns, content, and visitor initiatives that showcase the region’s attractions, strengthen brand awareness, and support local business and tourism growth.

Megan leads engagement, communications, and events for the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development. She manages member onboarding, benefits, and outreach while supporting a connected, thriving business community.

Deb manages day-to-day operations, financial oversight, and office administration across the organization. She supports internal systems, coordinates logistics, and ensures operational efficiency for the entire Collaborative team.
