Through December 31, 2025, the Seneca County Collaborative operates with the support of two legacy boards: the Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership Board of Trustees and the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees. These individuals have provided leadership across a range of sectors and communities, guiding the direction of economic development and business support efforts throughout Seneca County.

Beginning January 1, 2026, a unified governance model will support the Seneca County Collaborative.

The organization will be led by a single Board of Trustees that provides strategic oversight, organizational alignment, and long-term direction across all divisions. This board will include appointed representatives from each of the Collaborative’s three advisory boards: the Seneca Regional Chamber & Development, Downtown Development, and Seneca County Tourism advisory boards.

Each board will include leaders from the business community, local government, and partner organizations. These groups will help guide programming, shape advocacy priorities, and strengthen partnerships in their respective focus areas. Their designated representatives on the Board of Trustees will ensure that each division’s perspective and priorities are fully integrated into the Collaborative’s overall strategy.

This structure promotes aligned leadership across economic development, business support, downtown revitalization, and tourism, while staying closely connected to local needs and community voices.
